Please use this form whenever you need:
Help with your leadership role
Clarification on policies, procedures, or expectations
Support for an issue you're experiencing
To report a concern, conflict, or situation that needs attention
To share suggestions or feedback to improve the rescue’s operations
Once your ticket is submitted, it will be reviewed by the appropriate member of our team. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24–48 hours.
💡 Tip: Be as detailed as possible in your submission. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to support you effectively.
