Donations are the lifeblood of any nonprofit organization. They make it possible to carry out the mission, serve the community, and create real, lasting impact. At Grey Face Rescue & Retirement—and in all nonprofit work—donations help:

  • Fund essential programs and services (like veterinary care, food, and supplies for senior animals)

  • Support operational costs, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Respond to urgent needs, such as emergency rescues or veterinary treatments

  • Expand reach and impact, allowing us to help more animals and educate more people

  • Provide security and sustainability, helping us plan for the future and grow responsibly

Every donation, no matter the size, plays a crucial role in the success of our mission. It’s not just a gift—it’s an investment in change, compassion, and community.

WISHLISTS

Amazon Wishlist

Items purchased off our Amazon Wishlist are mailed directly to our ED’s home + brought to the office.

The Senior Animal Crew Facebook Group is open to the public to join but is private once they join. We utilize this group to post animals needing fosters and our Foster Coordinators will use it to request specific donations for fosters or grooming requests. If a foster needs something specific, encourage them to fill out a Foster Request Form.

THANK YOU EMAIL TEMPLATE

Subject: Thank You for Supporting Grey Face Rescue!

Dear [Donor's First Name],

On behalf of all of us at Grey Face Rescue & Retirement, thank you so much for your generous donation. Your support helps us continue our mission of providing love, comfort, and second chances to senior dogs who need it most.

Every dollar you give goes directly toward food, medical care, and compassionate care within our rescue for the aging dogs we serve—many of whom are experiencing kindness for the very first time. Because of you, these deserving animals are able to spend their golden years surrounded by compassion, comfort, and dignity.

We are truly grateful for your kindness and belief in our work. Together, we are giving senior dogs the life they deserve.

With heartfelt thanks,
