To be apart of our Leadership Team, you must have the following qualifications.
Fulfill all responsibilities of your role description provided to you.
Must have the ability to review + respond to emails received through your Grey Face Rescue dedicated email 4x per week.
Attend in-person training twice per year. This training will take place in St. Cloud and members will receive a 30-60 day notice prior to training.
Leadership Team members receive incentives such as, but not limited to:

Waived adoption fee for Grey Face Rescue animal
Christmas celebration party.
Owner Surrender Manager
Review surrender applications submitted to Grey Face Rescue.
Seek foster family for animals through social sites and email.
Retrieve and review veterinary records.
Coordinate surrender appointment and volunteers to oversee the appointment.
Minnesota Shelter Transfer Manager
Review transfer requests from shelters within the state of Minnesota.
Seek foster family for animals through social sites and email.
Retrieve and review veterinary records.
Coordinate transfer.
Out of State Shelter Transfer Manager
Review transfer requests from shelters outside of Minnesota.
Seek foster family for animals through social sites and email.
Retrieve and review veterinary records.
Coordinate transfer.
OFFICE COORDINATOR
Oversees and manages the volunteer schedule.
Ensure the office is clean and stocked.
OFFICE VOLUNTEERS
Oversee office hours
Basic cleaning, stocking and organizing required
Great customer service
Central Event Manager
Coordinator events with businesses and partners in the St. Cloud and surrounding area.
Recruiting volunteers and fosters to attend events on behalf of Grey Face Rescue.
Grey Face Gives Scheduling Manager (Administrative/Remote Role)
This individual will send out monthly emails to Gives participants that will allow them to schedule their monthly pick-up of supplies needed. Learn more about our Gives Program here.
Must be familiar with Constant Contact + Squarespace (or familiar with similar platforms).
Must be available to send out emails monthly.
Grey Face Gives Beneficiary Tracking Manager (Administrative/Remote Role)
The Beneficiary Tracking Manager will process beneficiary applications and ensure beneficiaries are following the guidelines of our program. We will report what supplies each individual is accepting from the program.
Must be comfortable uploading documents.
Must be comfortable learning a new platform.
Wellness Day Coordinator (Administrative/Remote Role)
Wellness Day is a special event dedicated to supporting our amazing foster families and the animals in their care. It offers foster caregivers the opportunity to meet with a Veterinarian and/or Veterinary Assistant to address basic veterinary needs, ask questions, and discuss any concerns about their foster pets.
Fosters can also pick up essential supplies and have professional-quality photos taken of their foster animals to enhance their online profiles and improve their chances of finding forever homes.
Organize Wellness Day once per month.
Coordinate veterinary volunteers, volunteers, photographers.
