Join Our Leadership Team

Thank you for your interest in a leadership position with Grey Face Rescue! Our Leadership Team is the backbone of our organization—these dedicated individuals keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, and we would not be the success we are today without them.

Qualifications

To be part of the Grey Face Rescue Leadership Team, members must:

  • Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in their role description.

  • Review and respond to emails received through their Grey Face Rescue email account at least 4 times per week.

  • Attend one in-person trainings per year in St. Cloud (members will receive 30–60 days’ notice prior to training).

Foster Matchmaker

This position supports our Intake Team, Foster Manager, and foster families by matching foster animals in need with appropriate foster homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sending bi-weekly emails to foster families with a list of animals in need of foster placement (sent through our ShelterLuv platform).

  • Contacting foster families directly about animals that may be a good fit for their home and experience.

  • Supporting foster families through the onboarding process for their foster animal.


Medication Coordinator

This position supports our foster families by helping manage medications.

  • Requesting medication refills

  • Ordering medications

  • Notifying fosters when medications are available


Minnesota Shelter Transfer Manager

  • Review transfer requests from shelters within the state of Minnesota.

  • Seek foster family for animals through social sites and email.

  • Retrieve and review veterinary records.

  • Coordinate transfer.


Out of State Shelter Transfer Manager

  • Review transfer requests from shelters outside of Minnesota.

  • Seek foster family for animals through social sites and email.

  • Retrieve and review veterinary records.

  • Coordinate transfer.


OFFICE COORDINATOR

  • Oversees and manages the volunteer schedule.

  • Ensure the office is clean and stocked.


Central Event Manager

  • Coordinator events with businesses and partners in the St. Cloud and surrounding area.

  • Recruiting volunteers and fosters to attend events on behalf of Grey Face Rescue.


Grey Face Gives Scheduling Manager

This individual will send out monthly emails to Gives participants that will allow them to schedule their monthly pick-up of supplies needed. Learn more about our Gives Program here.

  • Must be familiar with Constant Contact + Squarespace (or familiar with similar platforms).

  • Must be available to send out emails monthly.
