Annual Partnership

Annual partners are the fuel to our rescue efforts. They give us the ability to continue to save senior dogs from neglect and abuse or senior dogs coping with the loss of their human for any given reason. The financial support from annual partners gives the rescue stability throughout the calendar year, assisting with veterinary expenses which exceed $40,000 per year and administrative fees such as website hosting, rent, fundraising supplies and volunteer incentives.

Annual Partnerships are praised for their commitment to Grey Face Rescue by becoming the main sponsor for our 2018/2019 annual events which include our 3rd Annual Bump, Set, Save Volleyball Tournament, 3rd Anniversary Sip and Sample Benefit, Give to the Max Day and our 3rd Annual Chili Cook off. Annual Partners will also be featured on the front page of our website, the ‘Our Partners’ page of our website and receive multiple shout outs throughout the year highlighting how their contribution has helped a senior in need.

Annual Partnerships are considered to those businesses or individuals who donate $5,000 or more to Grey Face Rescue within the calendar year.

 

Annual Event Sponsors

Event sponsorship opportunities help provide financial assistance to our larger events that require an initial investment in order to host a successful event. Promoting our upcoming events are essential to their success and we do this by sending event invitation, promote with sponsored Facebook posts, send email marketing campaigns, print flyers and event materials and much more. At some events we provide Grey Face branded merchandise to those who attend.

 

Chili Cook Off
$250

Your contribution assists with

  • Promotional materials (postcards, sponsored posts on Facebook and Instagram, flyers)
  • The cost of bowls, spoons and napkins
  • Trophies and cash winnings to winners
  • Day of print materials (chili name tags, ballots, sponsor signage, interior and exterior banners)

In return, we will:

  • Give 2 shout outs on social media sites leading up to the event.
  • Place your logo on the event page on the Grey Face website.
  • Include logo and business name in email marketing campaigns leading up to the event.

 

Bump, Set, SAVE Volleyball Tournament
$500

Your contribution assists with

  • Promotional materials (postcards, sponsored posts on Facebook and Instagram, flyers)
  • T-Shirts for each player who participates.
  • Drink tokens to each player who participates.
  • Trophies and cash winnings to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
  • Raffle items throughout the day.
  • Day of print materials (banners, enlarged bracket)

In return, we will:

  • Give 2 shout outs on social media sites leading up to the event.
  • Place your logo on the event page on the Grey Face website.
  • Include logo and business name in email marketing campaigns leading up to the event.
  • Logo on the back of t-shirts given to players

 

Sip & Sample Gala

  • VIP table at the event (total of 8 guests per table)
  • Sponsorship recognition on registration site, day of program, and welcome signage
  • Verbal recognition from the podium
  • Branding at event (rolling PowerPoint presentation during breaks)
